Owen Beck on tosiaan ykköstoive, joten tuskin toteutuu.
Lane Hutson D. USA-U18
- Pieni puolustaja, mutta lajitaidot eliittiluokkaa. Voisin ottaa riskin pienestä koosta huolimatta.
Obviously, his lack of size is going to hurt him, though. If he was even just closer 5’11” and 30 pounds heavier, you could make a case for him as the best defenseman in the draft. His level of skill, creativity and hockey sense are all high-end. You need to be a really special defenseman to make it to the NHL at his size, but with attributes that are that high-end, Hutson’s chances do improve quite a bit.
Seamus Casey D. USA-U18
- Toinen pieni puolustaja ja Lane Hutsonin joukkuekaveri. En toki tarttuisi molempiin, mutta toinen näistä kävisi.
All-around defenseman. Seamus Casey checks off so many boxes that it’s easy to overlook his 5’10” frame. He’s an intelligent defenseman who has a great feel for the game. In transition, he knows how to attack efficiently with the puck and he knows how to create space for his teammates without the puck. His timing in all facets of his game is very precise.
Julian Lutz LW. Munchen (DEL)
- Draftin lahjakkain saksalainen ja siitä Reichelille maanmies kaveriksi.
Another category he excels in is regarding his skating ability. Lutz is one of the more gifted skaters out of the top end power forwards. There’s some explosive skaters in this class that have hybrid power styles, but the separating factor from Lutz is how efficient and how smooth his stride is.
Dennis Hildeby G. Färjestad (SEL)
- Hockeyprospect.comin Black Bookin kautta tietoisuuteeni tullut ruotsalaisvahti oli rankattu siellä koko draftin lahjakkaimmaksi kassariksi. On syntynyt vuonna 2001, joten jo hieman vanhempi pelaaja kyseessä, mutta saatta olla tämän vuoden musta hevonen.
Dennis Hildeby is one of the oldest draft eligible goalies, while also being the biggest. He transitioned from Timra’s system into Farjestad’s system during the 2019 season, where he remained this past season. In his initial year of eligibility, he had the reflexes and the height but lacked some situational tracking, and the consistency we look for. Yet, this past year he showed real improvements in critical areas. At the J20 level, he was responsible for a couple of memorable games, including multiple 50+ save performances. His teams were overrun, yet he stood tall and showed a tremendous amount of poise between the pipes. His mental maturity had caught up to his already impressive level of coordination and reflexes, which made him a late season addition at the SHL level, where he didn’t disappoint.
