Ball physics are much improved. The ball is now visibly more bouncy and takes more realistic deflections
- To perform a manual pass you now must hold in R3 as well as moving the right analog stick
- The new 360 degree spin move is controlled using the right analog stick
- In previous games players would use their wrong foot too much, now they will use their strong foot most of the time
- There is no longer any shirt tugging. There are however many new animations for the coming together of players
- AI is much improved. Attacking players will now find it harder to find space in and around the penalty area
- First time crossing whilst sprinting is now more difficult
- More than 3 players can be sent off in a game
PES3 is expected to be the same as WE7 apart from a couple of crucial changes:
*PES3 will have Umbro sponsors instead of adidas.
*It is not sure if all WE7 licences wil be carried over to PES3, such as individual team licences for Milan, Roma, Lazio and Parma.
1-DVD-ROM format is expected to accomodate all languages of commentary.
2-Zico (JPN national manager) is promoting the game and will be on the cover.
3-Multi-Tap and Broadband Adapter compatible. NOT FULLY ONLINE PLAYABLE, this is just to download extra content such as updates teams.
4-New 'dramatic' TV camera-mode in replays.
5-New score and player name/mentality display. The score box looks more like on on real TV.
6-Improved AI, that can "evolve". The AI probably realises your strengths and stops them, or something.
7-Referees will sometimes let fouls go, and play the advantage instead.
8-New functions in edit mode, including many more kit designs.
9-Faces can be edited with detail.
10-National and club kits can be edited.
U11-nlock bonuses in the "WE Shop" by winning tournaments and getting points.
12-Points can be collected by winning an exibition game or a good result in challenge training.
13-Players can be stretchered off, wear bandages for injuries, and drink water to replenish their energy.
14-Player hair moves in-game
15-20 stadia, with new elements involving spectators - if you lose in ML mode less fans will come to the games!
16-New features to the "attack/defense" arrows part of the formation setup.
17-Differing styles of play depending on home and away team.
18-New Master League format, the "WEFA Champions' League": 64 club teams, divided into 4 leagues. See the expected list of club teams by clicking "Teams".
19-Player search function included.
20-Master League: 16 teams will participate in a tournament which will have Home/Away games (final will be decide by 1 game only.)
